New Students: |
This class is recommended for all young new-coming students.
It is not a class for incapable artist, but rather a program for
five exceptionally successful projects which we do not repeat later.
Four of them will be done in tempera: Design, 8 lines; Landscape,
Day- Night; Bouquet, Hot and Cold, and Castle. The last project,
The Dragon, will be done in oil pastel.

Mosaic: |
Each student will create one project 24" X 24"
made of porcelain from Japan.
|
|
Clay: |
Students hand build 3D sculptures and relief. Some possible
themes: Mermaid, Dragon, Architecture, Animals, Human Head, Indian
Gods and Goddesses, Egyptian Motives, Vases, Masks, and others.

|
Printmaking: |
This class is the great opportunity to experiment with etching,
rubber cut, screen printing and lithography.
|
|
Painting: |
Students perform projects in tempera, oil, and watercolors.
Our regular size is 18"' X 24".
|
|
Drawing: |
The young artist will work on 18" X 24" paper, sometimes
white, sometimes gray, black, or tan, using soft oil pastels,
pencils, ink, pens, charcoal and conte crayons.

Silk Painting: |
Enjoy the beauty of fluidity of colors and fabric. Learn different
techniques and styles for silk painting.
